The Role

We are seeking a full-time Residential Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Chicago.

This is a hybrid role focused on representing buyers and sellers in residential transactions while building and developing your own client business.

You will work directly with homeowners, buyers, investors, lenders, attorneys, and internal support teams to deliver a professional and efficient transaction experience.

The role is ideal for a motivated agent who wants the flexibility and earning potential of a commission-based business with the infrastructure and support to build their business more efficiently.

What You'll Be Doing

• Represent buyers and sellers throughout the residential transaction process
• Conduct buyer consultations, property tours, open houses, and listing presentations
• Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, comparable sales, and negotiation strategy
• Generate and manage buyer and seller relationships
• Market residential listings through MLS, email/text campaigns, and online platforms
• Negotiate purchase agreements, counteroffers, inspection items, and closing terms
• Coordinate with lenders, attorneys, inspectors, title companies, and other transaction parties
• Maintain accurate client, transaction, and follow-up activity within the company CRM
• Ensure all transactions comply with Illinois real estate laws and brokerage policies

What We're Looking For

• Must Hold an Active Illinois Real Estate License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, client-focused approach
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to build a successful real estate business
• Prior sales or real estate experience is preferred but not required
• Spanish fluency is a plus

• Competitive commission split with no brokerage cap
