Account Advisor - Commercial Lines

Hardenbergh Insurance Group is seeking an experienced and client-focused AccountAdvisor – Commercial Lines to join our Business Insurance team in Marlton, NJ . In this role, you will develop and deliver insuranceproposals and renewals for assigned prospects and clients while ensuringexceptional client satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will work closely with AccountManagers, exercise independent judgment in servicing accounts, and build strongrelationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Prospect Services Contact assigned prospects within 24 hours unless otherwise directed. Manage leads from multiple sourcesincluding: Incoming calls and emails Website inquiries Client and employee referrals Cross-sell opportunities Marketing campaigns Agency partnerships Gather all necessary client information to solicit proposals. Submit applications to insurance carriers and respond to underwriting inquiries. Present proposals and quotes to prospects and bind coverage with insurers. Meet with clients and prospects in person, as needed, to assess needs and build relationships. Use industry expertise to identify the best insurance solutions and outcomes for clients. Client Customer Service Collaborate with clients during the renewal process and provide renewal quotes. Collect all necessary information to bind renewal coverage. Deliver renewal documents and communications via email. Maintain accurate and complete documentation within the agency management system (Applied Epic). Assist clients with insurance audits and related requests. Additional Responsibilities Support carrier consolidation initiatives as requested. Track and report incoming leads and sales results. Maintain agency management system records according to agency standards. Adhere to all agency policies, procedures, and insurance company regulations. Perform additional assignments and projects as requested by management.
