Admissions Coordinator Spanish Speaking

The Admissions Coordinator serves as one of the first points of contact for hospitals, referral sources, residents, and families. This role is responsible for assisting with admissions, coordinating referrals, communicating with hospitals and case managers, and helping ensure a smooth transition into our facility. The ideal candidate is professional, compassionate, detail-oriented, and fluent in both English and Spanish.
