Physical Therapist

Physical TherapistThis is a 13-week contract position.Day shift, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday with weekend rotation.The Physical Therapist evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans in accordance with the patient's needs and physician direction. Responsibilities include delegation and direction of all discipline-specific therapy services for these patients, ensuring functional treatment programs designed for an effective return to community activities.
