Position Overview Sigma Health Rehab is offering a per diem Speech Language Pathology (SLP) position in a Skilled Nursing Facility at Essex Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing in Elizanethtown, New York. Key Responsibilities Administer Speech Therapy evaluations & examinations to diagnose residents and develop treatment plans. Monitor residents' progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Record information on the initial evaluation, treatment, progress, and discharge of clients. Observe and assess progress & prepare detailed reports. Maintain resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, or standards. Maintain a cooperative relationship among healthcare team members & contribute to a team effort. Minimum SLP Requirements Graduate of an accredited SLP Program. Current New York State SLP License.
