About the Role We’re looking for trailblazing customer success representatives who want to help companies achieve amazing growth results. Customer Obsessed: You wake up thinking about the client’s executive priorities and how to help them achieve results with product‑related consulting and insights. Responsibilities Help customers achieve business outcomes, not just technology adoption. Sparking exploration and improvement with key customer stakeholders. Present clear ROI on the value customers are currently getting from the Revenue.io platform that aligns to their mission‑critical priorities (MCPs). Set and drive clear upsell/cross‑sell targets and goals with your accounts and Account Executive counterparts. Own product adoption, grow key relationships, and drive engagement with champions of power in all your accounts. Experience with Salesforce. Compensation On‑target earnings split will be determined at the time of offer. Additional incentive compensation may be offered as stock options and company benefits. On‑target earning range: $120,000 USD – $165,000 USD.
