Role Description This full-time, on-site Radiology Technologist role is based at The Joint Preservation Center in Boca Raton, FL. The Radiology Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to support orthopedic evaluations, following physician orders and established protocols. Daily responsibilities include preparing patients for imaging, positioning them safely, operating radiologic equipment, and ensuring high-quality images for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. The role involves monitoring and maintaining radiation safety standards, documenting procedures, and collaborating closely with surgeons, medical staff, and administrative teams. The Radiology Technologist will also assist with equipment checks, quality control, and workflow efficiency in a fast-paced clinical environment. Qualifications Proficiency in Radiologic Technology, including performing diagnostic imaging procedures and operating radiography equipment Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification and compliance with professional standards and ethics Strong knowledge of Radiation Safety practices, including proper shielding, exposure monitoring, and adherence to regulatory guidelines Foundational understanding of Medicine and Radiology principles relevant to musculoskeletal and orthopedic imaging Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in radiologic sciences or related field preferred Valid state licensure as a Radiology Technologist in Florida (or eligibility to obtain) Ability to communicate clearly with patients and clinical teams, with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy Experience in orthopedic or musculoskeletal imaging, and comfort working in a surgical or specialty practice setting is beneficial Commitment to patient-centered care, professional integrity, and collaborative teamwork in a clinical environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
