Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist looking to grow your career in a friendly, efficient office? Lee Palmer DDS PC is seeking an outstanding hygienist to work 2-4 days per week with flexible scheduling options. Help us deliver exceptional care using the latest technology while building meaningful relationships with our patients.

Dental hygienist

Perform dental hygiene services including cleanings, scaling, and root planing
Utilize intraoral cameras and 3D X-rays to educate patients on their oral health status
Discuss treatment plans and oral hygiene techniques empathetically with patients
Assist Dr. Palmer with patient care as needed, including supportive clinical duties
Maintain detailed, accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient office flow and quality patient experiences
Uphold infection control protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Provide exceptional patient care with a focus on comfort and education

full-time $40 - $60 per hour

Monday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Tuesday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Thursday: 8 AM – 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM – 1 PM
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
No nights or weekend work required

• Licensed dental hygienist

Registered Dental Hygienist license required
Strong time management skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to engage with patients in treatment discussions and relationship building
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Entry-level candidates welcome; dental assisting experience a plus
