COMPENSATION

POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (APP) provides routine, low-acuity primary care and urgent care services, including but not limited to: primary care exams chronic condition management sick visits minor injury care laceration repair incision and drainage ingrown toenail removal Pap smears other routine outpatient procedures annual physicals sports physicals employment physicals vaccinations The APP sees an average of 15 to 20 patients per day and is supported by a medical assistant who helps with all visits, including charting and documentation. The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden. Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new APP must be fluent in Spanish.

REQUIREMENTS
