Job Description

Essential Functions
Receive and unload incoming shipments safely and accurately
Verify materials against shipping documents and report discrepancies
Move materials to designated storage locations
Assist with inventory control and stock organization
Perform basic material handling and picking tasks
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
Accurately complete required paperwork and system transactions
Support team members with daily warehouse operations
Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives
Equipment & Systems
Hand pallet jack
Electric pallet jack (as certified)
Basic RF scanner operation
Warehouse Management System (WMS) or AS400 basic transactions
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Dependable attendance and commitment to safety
Performance Expectations
Accurately receive and process incoming materials
Maintain inventory accuracy and organization
Follow safety procedures at all times
Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a willingness to learn warehouse operations
