UACL Logistics is actively seeking experienced Class A CDL Owner Operators for flatbed work! This role offers the opportunity to operate modern equipment, manage your own schedule, and enjoy the support of a robust network. • Safely operate flatbed trucks equipped with manual transmissions across designated routes
\n
• Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring cargo safety and security
\n
• Securely tie down loads using appropriate equipment and techniques for flatbed cargo
\n
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety standards
\n
• Navigate routes effectively, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations
\n
• Communicate proactively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and load status
\n
• Manage documentation related to freight, delivery receipts, and compliance records
\n

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record
\n
• Minimum of 6 months of recent DOT-regulated driving experience within the last year
\n
• Coil certification & rack
\n
• TWIC Card
\n
• Physical capability to load & unload freight using forklifts or other equipment as needed
