Machine Operator Packaging Floater (PA2) - 3rd shift Full-time The Lincolnton, NC Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center is located approximately 30 miles from Charlotte. Aiding the production process by successfully operating all Packaging Machines in the PA2 Value Stream. Machines consist of Algus Clamshell sealing, RF sealing, hang tag, shrink wrap, and manual tube packaging. Each operator must be familiar with operating all parts of the machines. Responsible for maintaining general knowledge of machines, troubleshooting, making adjustments, completing required training measures (PQ&T's) as needed, and maintaining a positive work environment by following appropriate safety procedures. Required to meet production standards and stand for a minimum of 8 hours a day. Additional responsibilities include setting up and operating all machine components, loading reciprocating saw blades, clamshells, cards, replenishing materials as needed, loading/unloading pallets, operating pin lift, pallet lift, and hoist, adjusting machinery for efficient operation, reading and following standard operating procedures, ensuring quality standards, maintaining machine cleanliness and organization, and operating a variety of machines on an as-needed basis. EOE/Protected Veteran/Disabled. Qualifications Ability to stand for 8 hours. Proper hand dexterity. Ability to read and follow instructions. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. General math skills.
