Job Type Internship Working Hours Flexible, student-friendly hours. Headquarters 1302 E Collins Blvd, Richardson, TX 7508 Location Based out of 101 W Renner Rd, Richardson, TX, with events across the DFW metro. About Z360 Z360 is an AI implementation team for small businesses. We sell products and the services around them: our product lets a business put AI to work across customer support, sales, and operations, bringing every customer conversation (calls, texts, email, web chat, and social) into one inbox with AI agents that answer, qualify, follow up, and book appointments around the clock. Around that product we train teams, manage and support their AI day to day, build custom development and custom solutions when a business needs something tailored, and run marketing through our in-house marketing team. We earn through software subscriptions, one-time setup and monthly managed-service fees, custom projects, and marketing engagements, and we sell to small and mid‑sized businesses across the Dallas, Fort Worth metro. We are based in Richardson, Texas, and focused on DFW. The opportunity Everyone is talking about AI. There is real value in building it, and just as much in being able to speak it: explaining to business owners what AI can do and opening the door for our team. As our AI Community Advocate, you will be Z360’s face in the DFW business community while getting a front‑row education in AI and startups. It is the rare internship where you are out meeting real founders and operators, not fetching coffee. What you will do Attend local DFW business events, meet owners, learn what people are doing with AI, and bring insights back to the team. Build a network of warm contacts (people you have actually met) for our team to follow up with. Organize workshops, lectures, and speaking slots for Z360, at our office or with chambers of commerce and community partners, where we teach business owners about AI. This is your main mission. Spend time at our office when we strategize together. What you will gain Real, resume‑grade experience inside a growing AI startup. What we are looking for A current student or recent grad in computer science, software engineering, business administration, or marketing, or anyone genuinely passionate about AI. Warm, social, and presentable; you enjoy meeting new people and can represent a brand well. Organized and reliable, with transportation to get to events around DFW. No sales experience required. Compensation $1,200/month stipend plus performance bonuses: $100 for every contact you bring in who becomes a customer and $100 for every event you organize for us, with travel reimbursed and fully flexible hours. A strong month lands around $2,100, and standout advocates move into a paid, commissioned role.
