Your day to day as a Service AdvisorAs a Full-Time Service Advisor at Fox GMC, you can expect a fast-paced and engaging work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve greeting customers, listening to their needs, and guiding them through the service process with expertise and care. You'll be expected to communicate effectively with both customers and technicians, ensuring that all service requests are handled efficiently.
Your schedule will be Monday through Saturday, providing you with a day off during the week to maintain work-life balance. You'll take ownership of managing service appointments, following up with customers, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Collaboration with team members will be crucial as you work towards creating a positive experience for every customer.
