The Client Experience Concierge will ensure each client receives the Tiffany Touch by providing highly personalized one-to-one client experience, and ensure Tiffany & Co.'s brand heritage, prestige, and traditions are upheld. The Client Experience Concierge must be well-connected in hospitality, fine dining, and New York culture.Luxury Client ServiceOffer luxury services and elevated, bespoke experiences directly to clients, VIC clients, and Executive Committee members.Curate unique client experiences by proactively researching NYC offerings and arranging activities, entertainment, dining, and transportation.Share Tiffany and Co. history, product information and servicing offerings through storytelling.Cultivate and maintain relationships with top hospitality organizations, hotels, and restaurants in and around New York City to ensure priority client access.Develop and manage high net worth client experiences while visiting The Landmark.Manage schedule of multiple private spaces within The Landmark.Engage in direct client discovery for each appointment to fully customize and personalize all touch points.Participate in networking activities to ensure the chosen vendors and restaurants meet brand standards.Cross-Functional CollaborationActs as a liaison between Client Advisors, Sales Team Managers, and other departments and stores to fulfill client needs.Partner with the Client Experience Manager and Director to maintain standards for hosting moments.Provide ad-hoc support to the Client Experience department for various tasks.Lead internal tours of The Landmark and serve as a brand ambassador.Support all hospitality and selling events for VIC clientele.Skills and CompetenciesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProven networking expertise within New York CityEvent and catering managementExpertise in coordinating car and travel arrangementsAdept in creating detailed, bespoke itinerariesDemonstrated ability to craft memorable bespoke experiencesMeticulous attention to detailOrganizational and time management skillsStrong commitment to teamwork and collaborationHigh sense of urgencyRequired Experience4+ years of luxury hospitality experienceMultilingual proficiency highly preferredStrong existing relationships with luxury hotels and restaurants, both domestically and globallyProven experience working with VIC clientsStrong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordTiffany & Co. is formed from many facets - talented people who make our community stronger with their creativity, perspective, and lived experience. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
