Homeside Rehab is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) for a home care opportunity in Orange Park, FL 32073 . This is a great opportunity for an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant looking to add flexible home care cases to their existing schedule. Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) / Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) Location: Orange Park, FL 32073 Job Type: Part-Time / Per Diem Schedule: Flexible Compensation: Competitive Pay Sign-On Bonus Available Responsibilities
Provide skilled occupational therapy services according to the established plan of care OTAs will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist Implement therapeutic interventions to improve function, independence, and performance of daily activities Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising therapist and clinical team Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team Requirements
Active Florida OT or OTA license , as applicable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable and able to maintain a consistent visit schedule Ability to complete documentation accurately and on time Home care experience preferred but not required What We Offer
