Job Title: Experienced Attorney (Partner) – Litigation & Employment Law

Location: Annapolis, MD (On-Site)

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced Employment Law Partner to lead and grow an Employment Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have strong employment law expertise, litigation experience, leadership skills, and a proven ability to build client relationships and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent employers and employees in employment-related litigation, arbitration, mediation, and administrative matters.
• Handle employment agreements, non-compete agreements, wage & hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and severance matters.
• Manage cases through hearings, depositions, trial, and resolution.
• Provide employment law counseling and regulatory compliance guidance.
• Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements and legal documents.
• Mentor attorneys and staff while supporting practice growth and client development.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active Maryland Bar license in good standing.
• 5+ years of employment law and litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of EEOC, NLRB, and employment regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Leadership and business development experience preferred.

Preferred

• Existing book of business.
• Partner, Shareholder, or Senior Attorney experience.
