POSITION OVERVIEW

Our client, an award-winning residential design firm, is seeking an experienced Revit Drafter to join its St. Petersburg office.

You’ll collaborate with architects and designers to create accurate architectural and construction documentation for luxury residential and light commercial projects .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create detailed architectural and construction drawings using Revit .
• Translate design concepts into technical documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams.
• Review and revise plans based on specifications and building codes.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and deliverables.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors as needed.
• Provide Revit technical support and troubleshooting.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Strong Revit proficiency required.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous drafting and design work.
• 2+ years of architectural or design drafting experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and architectural standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or related field preferred.

COMPENSATION

• $20–$45/hour based on experience.
