Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop tailored care plans.
• Maintain detailed medical records and communicate patient status to relevant parties.
• Serve as the primary liaison among patients, their families, and healthcare providers.

Requirements:

• License: Active RN license in Arizona with no restrictions.
