Onboarding Analyst

Serving as a personal point of contact for physicians, the full-time remote Onboarding Analyst will guide specialists through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience while managing data analysis to optimize workflows and predict start dates. Key responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for physicians, providing guidance and answering questions throughout the onboarding process Drive continuous process optimization by leading cross-functional projects to enhance the onboarding workflow Analyze data to identify bottlenecks and improve onboarding efficiency, ensuring timely start dates for physicians Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree with experience in operations, client/customer success, analytics, consulting, or research Strong written communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing a premium experience Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously Ability to work with data to track progress and identify operational inefficiencies Track record of independent project management in fast-paced environments; healthcare experience preferred but not required
