Job Title: Physical Therapist

Experience: Minimum of 2 years, preferred experience in Orthopedic, Neuro, Inpatient, and Outpatient settings
License: Active state license required
Certifications: EPIC experience preferred

Must-Have: Proficient electronic medical records experience of 2 years minimum

Description:
Plans and administers medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments for patients suffering from injuries.
Treats muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
Experience should include a focus on mostly outpatient services with occasional coverage for inpatient care.
Ideal candidates will have an active state license in hand.
Limited housing options are available, so candidates are encouraged to research housing before committing.
Holiday coverage may be required.
