Pay: $42.00 – $47.00 per visit (based on experience and availability) Schedule & Availability This is a specific client assignment with consistent, recurring shifts. We are currently staffing a weekday crew and a weekend crew . Shifts Needed: Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Caregivers do not need to be available for all shifts , but availability for a large portion of the listed shifts is strongly preferred . This client requires multiple caregivers per shift , and we are actively building a reliable rotation. Position Overview We are seeking confident, experienced, and emotionally resilient caregivers to support a client in Boulder who requires consistent hands‑on care and calm, professional redirection. This role is best suited for someone who is: Comfortable providing personal care Able to remain composed with challenging behaviors Interested in a higher‑paying, structured per‑visit assignment While this posting is for a specific client , caregivers will have the option to work with additional clients .
