Our team brings over 425 years of combined experience and includes some of the most knowledgeable people in the industry.JOB SUMMARY:The Marketing & Employer Brand Coordinator supports the company’s marketing, social media, and employer-branding efforts across multiple brands. This position will create content that promotes our companies, people, projects, culture, career opportunities, and accomplishments to strengthen our presence with prospective employees, customers, industry partners, and the communities we serve.This role will work closely with Human Resources, Operations, and leadership to identify and develop content that represents the organization and supports continued company growth.DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Create, schedule, and manage social media content across company brands and platforms.Develop and maintain a social media content calendar.Create engaging content highlighting employees, projects, company culture, career opportunities, milestones, community involvement, and organizational growth.Partner with Human Resources to support employer-branding and recruiting initiatives.Develop content that positions the organization as an employer of choice and helps attract qualified candidates.Coordinate photos, videos, graphics, employee spotlights, project features, and other digital content.Work with Operations and leadership to identify projects, accomplishments, and company stories for external promotion.Maintain consistent and professional branding across social media, recruiting materials, presentations, and other marketing communications.Monitor social media engagement and identify opportunities to increase company visibility.Assist with maintaining and updating company websites, including careers, projects, company information, news, and other content.Coordinate with outside vendors as needed for website or marketing projects.Support career fairs, company events, recruiting campaigns, and other promotional initiatives.Ensure external content is accurate, professional, and appropriately approved before publication.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent education or experience will be considered.Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred.Photography, video editing, or website management experience is a plus.Strong organizational, creative, and time-management skills.Ability to work collaboratively across departments and company locations.GROWTH OPPORTUNITY:This position offers the opportunity to develop experience in employer branding, social media strategy, digital marketing, recruiting marketing, and website management, with the potential for increased responsibility as the organization and its brands continue to grow.WHAT WE OFFERAt PDHG you are not just an employee; you are an important member of our team.
