Investment Analyst

To support the execution of investment strategies, the full-time salaried Investment Analyst will work closely with the Chief Investment Officer, focusing on credit surveillance, asset liability management, and producing investment reporting and analysis, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Miami, FL. Key responsibilities Monitor and assess the performance of investment managers and communicate asset allocation strategies Review portfolio risk metrics and develop strategies to maximize yield while controlling risk variables Prepare investment reporting and insights for senior leadership, translating complex analytics into actionable insights Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; 2-5 years of experience in investment management or related areas Progress or achievement of Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation or MBA is a plus Advanced Excel/modeling capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data Strong knowledge of liquid credit and private markets Ability to conduct independent research into market trends and communicate technical concepts clearly
