Technical Product Manager

What You'll Be Doing:
- Partner with key business stakeholders, business product managers, and cross-functional engineering leaders and teams in delivering customer needs through the technology platforms.
- Maintain the backlog, roadmap, manage iterative software delivery and run agile ceremonies.
- Streamline and optimize technology platform build process for velocity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with business product & program leaders, and cross-functional engineering teams to understand their needs and strategic objectives.
- Partner closely with the engineering teams to build technology platforms at scale.
- Translate business requirements into actionable capabilities, and features on which engineering teams will execute.
- Run agile ceremonies efficiently; provide visibility to leadership about progress & milestones.
What You Bring To The Table:
- Prior experience in managing software products from inception through launch.
- Experience in translating business requirements to capabilities and features, stakeholder relationship, managing roadmaps, and reporting.
- Hands-on experience in establishing and measuring OKRs, KPIs, metrics, gathering analytics, building reporting dashboards.
- Extensive experience in working with software engineering teams contributed to building greenfield software products.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with high-performing teams.
- Track record of delivering software products at scale.
- Exceptional strategic planning, execution, and collaboration skills.
Skills:
What's Needed - Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- 7+ years of software engineering product and/or program management experience.
