At Farmers Insurance District 50-05, we’re bringing opportunities to Spanish Fort and Baldwin County , empowering professionals to build lasting careers in insurance. This hybrid role offers flexibility to work locally while also attending training and mentorship sessions at our Mobile district office . Farmers® provides stability, brand recognition, and industry-leading training to help you succeed.

Responsibilities

Assist Spanish Fort-area families and businesses with Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage.
Participate in University of Farmers® training and district-led mentorship in Mobile.
Grow your client base through outreach in the Spanish Fort community.
Provide ongoing service and support to customers.

Requirements

Ability to obtain or maintain Alabama insurance licenses (P&C and Life/Health).
Prior sales or business experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Motivation to grow into leadership and ownership opportunities.
