Responsibilities Operate as an independent contractor representing American Family and its products exclusively. Oversee the overall management and growth of your agency. Build and lead a team to achieve strategic business goals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Earn commissions and participate in the new agent incentive program. Qualifications Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check. Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and commitment to customer care. Be prepared to serve the community; previous experience in any industry is welcome.
