Insurance Agent - West / Far West Chicago Suburbs, IL

Position Overview Community leader. Protector of dreams. This position enables you to create financial stability and make a positive impact on our customers' lives. We seek passionate relationship builders ready to serve their community and deliver exceptional care. Prior insurance experience is a plus, but not required. Responsibilities Operate as an independent contractor representing American Family and its products exclusively. Oversee the overall management and growth of your agency. Build and lead a team to achieve strategic business goals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients. Earn commissions and participate in the new agent incentive program. Qualifications Obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses. Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check. Demonstrate strong relationship-building skills and commitment to customer care. Be prepared to serve the community; previous experience in any industry is welcome. Benefits Unlimited compensation potential, including a New Agent Incentive Program. Training and support from a local team (marketing, prospecting, business consultation).
