About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer to take on a pivotal leadership role in the defense against financial crime. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of BSA/AML compliance, OFAC, suspicious activity monitoring and reporting, KYC/CDD, and fraud mitigation. This role demands a strategic and knowledgeable professional with a strong background in BSA/AML, who can lead the development and enhancement of the company's BSA/AML and fraud risk management programs. The BSA Officer will also serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and law enforcement on BSA/AML matters and will be instrumental in fostering a culture of compliance and risk awareness throughout the organization. Applicants for the Vice President, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial institution, with a preference for those with a focus on AML/BSA. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and BSA/AML certification is preferred.
