Job Title: Data/Reporting Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA 30354 Duration: 1 Year How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities): Client is seeking an experienced, analytical professional to join the Effectiveness Team as an Absence Support Coordinator Contractor, reporting to the Lead Program Manager of Performance Strategy and Analytics. This role will support the Operations organization by providing reporting and insights to help field leaders and flight attendants meet and exceed Team goals in critical operational and performance KPIs. The ideal candidate can demonstrate technical proficiencies, adapt to new environments and challenges, and work both autonomously and collaboratively across the organization. The contractor position should be comfortable guiding leaders in using data to drive difficult decisions impacting the operations and flight attendants' work-life. Key Responsibilities: Create, automate and distribute new reports and enhance existing reporting structures Track hours worked to establish accrual of paid sick leave for flight attendants Demonstrate self-starter initiative to work with and support Base Operations by influencing ongoing optimization and development of next generation decision support, analytic and process tools Find and implement opportunities for increased efficiency, leveraging emerging technologies, in disseminating information Perform actionable analysis on an ad hoc basis around Reliability and Performance Development, usage of Flight Attendant Commuter Assist Policy, and internal investigations Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders inTeam and other departments to deliver on process improvements Exercise critical thinking and strong analytical skills to achieve the annual Flight Plan goals What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications): Bachelor's Degree or 5 plus years of relevant experience 3+ years work experience in a Data Analytics, Business, Program Management or other quantitative or process/engineering-related field Highly proficient PC skills including advanced-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Basic SAS/SQL programming skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and diplomacy Strong interpersonal and communication skills Be a quick learner capable of meeting aggressive timelines with accurate work products Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Client.
