Job Type: Regular Work Location: Walmart 3400 - Oswego, IL 60543 Overview Full‑time Retail Sales – Immediate hire. Earn a base salary with uncapped commission, a first‑sale bonus, and paid training. Work in a team‑based environment with early release incentives and next‑day pay options. Responsibilities Engage customers in the store, kiosk or event settings about NRG electricity and gas. Help customers lower their energy costs by exploring and meeting their needs. Uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and build professional relationships with clients and colleagues. Welcome customers, offer solutions, and escort them to relevant displays or information areas. Assist customers in making selections that build confidence and meet their needs. Accurately document and report sales, submit all paperwork completely and on time. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable station or kiosk at all times. Collaborate with your team to accomplish goals, celebrate success, and contribute to overall results. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six (6) months of sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
