Location: Pasig Team: Global Operations Employment Type: Regular Job Code: A26895 About the Team The Search Operations team focuses on improving search user experience, driving traffic and GMV, and ensuring high search quality across international products. Responsibilities Complete regular assessments of search quality according to evaluation standard documents. Judge user search needs using various queries and tools, and classify requirements. Identify search bad cases and rate the quality of results. Provide ideal search results and feedback to improve policy. Support projects outside the core area by applying flexible assessment methods. Handle sensitive issues, including child exploitation, religious and political views, violence, adult and sexual content. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent language skills in Tagalog and English. Knowledge of search engines and familiarity with social media platforms, especially TikTok. In-depth understanding of local culture and internet usage habits of local users. Strong learning and comprehension abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience working or training overseas. Familiarity with common office software.
