Posting Summary:
The Member Experience Specialist II serves as a first point of contact for members via branch, online, or Contact Center channels. This role provides information, assistance, and solutions addressing members' financial needs and challenges through email, phone, or written correspondence. The Specialist II requires strong communication skills, patience, and emerging leadership abilities to resolve complex member issues. The position requires full proficiency in all credit union products and services with the ability to effectively cross-sell and guide members through the full loan application process.
Job Requirements:
Required: Minimum of three (3) years of experience required; financial services experience preferred. Cash handling, credit card transactions, and balancing experience preferred; one (1) or more years preferred. High school diploma or equivalent certificate of education required.
