About the Role:
Join Central Security Service Bureau LLC as a NYS Security Guard Instructor and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of security professionals. We are looking for passionate individuals to deliver engaging training sessions that empower our security personnel to excel in their roles.
Responsibilities:
Conduct NYS security guard training classes in accordance with state regulations.
Develop and update training materials to ensure compliance and relevance.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions and student progress.
Coordinate with management to schedule classes and manage enrollment.
Stay informed about industry trends and legislative changes affecting security training.
Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement.
Assist in the recruitment and mentoring of new instructors.
Requirements:
Valid NYS Security Guard Instructor license or equivalent certification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in security or law enforcement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage students.
Proficient in using training technology and teaching aids.
Ability to assess and adapt training methods to meet diverse learner needs.
Organizational skills to manage multiple classes and student records.
Passion for teaching and a commitment to professional development.
Reliable and professional demeanor with a strong work ethic.
