Hospital Pharmacist: Medications & Patient Education
Society of Critical Care Medicine
Society of Critical Care Medicine in Portsmouth, Ohio, seeks a Registered Pharmacist for a contingent role at West Union Pharmacy. The pharmacist will distribute medications and supplies under the supervision of the Pharmacy Manager, collaborate with physicians and hospital staff on medication matters, and educate patients and families to optimize drug therapy. Qualifications emphasize an OH pharmacy license, a 5-year Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD (preferred), and BLS within 90 days of #J-18808-Ljbffr Society of Critical Care Medicine
