Senior Manager – Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Senior Managers serve in an outward‑facing, hands‑on, multi‑faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership, and substantial client interaction at both tactical and strategic levels. Responsibilities Lead client‑facing engagements across all project phases, from pursuit to delivery. Manage project delivery, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, and on‑scope outcomes. Conduct intensive data analysis to implement impactful recommendations. Drive overall practice development and business growth opportunities. Mentor and coach coachees and junior team members. Handle general project and organizational administrative tasks. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience. 6‑10+ years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role. 5‑7+ years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Deep expertise in non‑U.S. and Canadian tax regulations and employment laws, essential for configuring country‑specific rules and ensuring statutory compliance. Proven ability to develop and grow others through effective coaching and leadership. Strong industry insight and ability to identify value‑creation opportunities based on client challenges. Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with clients or internal project teams. Flexible living arrangements in the U.S. or Canada. Location & Travel Flexible living locations in the U.S. or Canada with up to 50% travel required. Compensation Base salary range: $165,000 – $190,000. Eligibility for an annual incentive compensation program that reflects performance‑based pay. Total estimated compensation (including incentive): $189,750 – $231,250.
