Modern Subaru of Boone is seeking an experienced Subaru Master Technician to join our growing service team in the beautiful mountains of Boone, North Carolina. Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Subaru vehicles
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, electrical, HVAC, suspension, and drivability concerns
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently
• Utilize Subaru diagnostic equipment and manufacturer repair procedures
• Maintain productivity and quality standards
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with service advisors
• Document repair orders thoroughly and accurately
• Assist with mentoring and training less experienced technicians when needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Subaru Master Technician Certification preferred
• Previous Subaru dealership experience strongly preferred
• ASE Certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
