Welcome Coordinator

Overview The Welcome Coordinator at Oak Street Health creates an inclusive environment for patients by performing administrative tasks that support clinic operations. The Coordinator is the face of the clinic and ensures a seamless experience for patients and guests every day. Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments. Manage inbound and outbound phone calls. Handle administrative tasks, including fax and mail distribution. Provide high‑touch assistance to patients and guests. Maintain a friendly and highly flexible attitude. Compensation Typical pay range: $17.00 - $28.46 per hour. Hourly rate/annual salary is determined by experience, education, geography and other factors. The position is eligible for bonus, commission, and short‑term incentive programs in addition to base pay.
