Location: Houston, TX (Energy Corridor near Katy – Park Row & Barker) | In-Office

Pay: $13.75 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Plus 3 required Saturdays: 11/28, 12/5, and 12/12 from 9 AM – 4 PM)

What You'll Do (Your Impact)

As a Seasonal Customer Service Agent, you will be the friendly voice and hero of our peak season. You will:

• Connect with Customers: Respond to incoming phone calls with warmth, energy, and professionalism.
• Be the Expert: Share accurate information about our awesome products, services, and promotions.
• Save the Day: Help customers place orders, track down shipments, process returns, and seamlessly solve account issues.
• Problem-Solve: Investigate customer concerns, find creative solutions, and escalate complex issues to team leaders when needed.
• Keep Things Organized: Maintain accurate customer accounts while respecting data privacy and protection rules.

Who You Are

• A Great Communicator: You possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual skills are a huge plus!).
• A Natural Helper: You have a passion for customer service. Previous experience is awesome, but entry-level candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
• Tech-Savvy: You feel comfortable navigating customer service software, databases, and standard computer applications.
• Adaptable & Detail-Oriented: You have great organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.
• Flexible: You are ready to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as seasonal demand peaks.

Requirements & Logistics

• Must be able to work the physical office location in the Energy Corridor (this is not a remote role ).
• Ability to work the three mandatory Saturday shifts (11/28, 12/5, 12/12).
• Must pass a standard background check.
