You’ll utilize your technical knowledge of the systems development life cycle to identify and assess the impact of recommendations in the areas of technology, people, and processes. You will apply technical leadership, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation techniques to resolve implementation, deployment, and operational transition issues for stakeholders and assist the client in developing innovative solutions to complex problems, for projects from kickoff through completion. The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience supporting complex IT projects as project or program manager in a large-scale implementationExperience with DoD IT and security programsExperience developing and managing project schedules, resources, risk, deliverables, and day-to-day tasks of the teamExperience managing data migrations and validation efforts as part of a system transitionExperience managing and working on multiple concurrent tasks, projects and priorities in a fast-paced matrix-managed environment to meet aggressive deadlinesAbility to guide the collection of requirements and data points from multiple stakeholders and develop process maps to document process flowsAbility to work across multiple teamsSecret clearanceBachelor's degreeNice If You Have: Experience working in a DoD classified programPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Top Secret clearanceProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationClearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.  CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
