About the Opportunity

We are looking for Board Certified or Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our physician-owned, democratic group, providing emergency services throughout the Methodist Hospital System in San Antonio. This role offers genuine partnership opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a collaborative environment governed by physicians.

Highlights

• $80,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Competitive base salary with an RVU incentive structure

• High-volume practice with diverse patient acuity, exceeding 150,000 annual ED visits

Qualifications

• MD/DO with ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification or Eligibility
• Completion of an Emergency Medicine residency (ACGME or AOA)
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Commitment to long-term practice stability and ownership
