What you’ll do Read and interpret blueprints and schematics Capable of working from drawings, sketches, templates, and patterns Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner. Install unit vehicle components and accessories Set up jigs and fixtures Basic computer usage Adhere to Terex safety policies and procedures Comply with Terex quality standards through error prevention and by meeting such requirements with zero defects. Follow and promote The Terex Way Values Function as a team member and contribute to group goals while maintaining a positive attitude Ability to work overtime as required Perform other job functions as needed What you’ll bring High school diploma and/or equivalent experience Able to lift up to 40 lbs. and 40-100 lbs. with assistance of others or lifting equipment provided Physical ability to work under, on, and around truck chassis and truck bodies 1-3 years of manufacturing experience Experience working with hydraulics/electrical/fabrication Capable of operating a variety of hand and power tools Possess ability to problem-solve Understand and follow verbal and written instructions Previous work experience in fields such as mechanical/construction/carpentry Why Join Us We are a global company, and our culture is defined by our Values — Integrity, Respect, Improvement, Servant Leadership, Courage, and Citizenship.
