Sunset Farm Foods, Inc. is a fourth-generation, family-owned meat processing and sausage company in Valdosta, Georgia, in business since 1918. We're looking for an organized, detail-driven team player to be the go-to link between our Sales team, our customers, and our plant — keeping orders accurate and moving from the moment they come in to the moment they ship.

What You'll Do

• Enter and process customer, web, mail, and EDI orders with speed and accuracy.
• Be the first point of contact for Direct Store Delivery (DSD) customers and their orders.
• Verify pricing, confirm orders with Salespeople and Buyers, and keep everyone in the loop.
• Coordinate outside carrier pick-ups and freight claims.
• Track inventory, shortages, and reporting that keeps the Sales team ahead of problems.
• Partner closely with our office and shipping teams to keep every order on track.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (college degree a plus).
• 1–3 years of sales support or customer service experience; food manufacturing experience helpful.
• Sharp attention to detail and strong computer/clerical skills.
• A friendly, professional approach to customers, vendors, and coworkers.
• A valid, insurable driving record (occasional local driving required).
