At Visiting Angels, our mission is to help seniors remain safely in their homes while aging with dignity, care, and compassion. We are currently seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate individuals to join our team as CAREgivers. Every day, the relationships you build and the compassion you provide will make a lasting difference in the lives of our clients. Youll be supported by a dedicated leadership team while gaining valuable experience and growing your career.

Become a Mentor: Experienced caregivers have the opportunity to participate in our 6-week mentoring program, supporting and guiding new team members. Mentors serve as role models, offering both personal and professional support while helping new hires succeed.
What Were Looking For: Reliable transportation Valid drivers license or state ID A compassionate, patient, and caring attitude A genuine desire to help seniors age safely at home
No experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive, paid training through our Caregiver Development Program, including hands-on instruction and ongoing monthly education.
Pay & Incentives: Base Pay: $13.00$16.00/hour (based on experience) $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Weekend Differential: +$2/hour
Performance Bonuses: Monthly, Quarterly & Annual
Referral Bonuses: Up to $1,000 per hire
Benefits & Perks: 401(k) with 4% company match Free Telehealth & Prescription Program (eligible employees) Paid Time Off (with carryover options) Flexible Scheduling create your own schedule Paid Orientation & Ongoing Training (including dementia & palliative care)
