Regional Director of Primary Care Excellence

Tufts Medicine Primary Care is seeking a Regional Medical Director to oversee our Lowell area primary care practices. Tenured physicians will lead teams to elevate quality, patient experience, access, growth and financial stewardship across the region.
You will manage day-to-day operations, practice oversight, recruitment, and cross-functional collaboration with executive leadership to implement strategic initiatives and value-based care models.
