Our organization is seeking a Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals in the suburban area of Fort Wayne, Indiana . This rewarding position is integral to our strategic expansion plans and offers a competitive compensation package.

As part of a well-established primary care referral network serving a population of over 375,000, you will have the opportunity to cultivate a thriving practice. You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy with support from advanced practice providers at our newest hospital facility, set to open in 2027. *We are aiming for a start date in the fall of 2026.

Position Overview:

  • Full-time employment opportunity

Qualifications:

  • Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified

  • Completion of a fellowship in Pulmonary Critical Care or Critical Care required

  • Open to current fellows and practicing physicians

Compensation Package:

  • Guaranteed income with production incentives and a sign-on bonus

Healthcare System Overview:

Our organization is dedicated to enhancing the health of Indiana residents and expanded into the northeast Indiana market in 2018. Currently, we operate four primary care clinics, two urgent care facilities, and a radiology center in the Fort Wayne area. A 40,000-square-foot accredited ambulatory care center was launched in 2021, featuring five operating rooms and five procedure rooms catering to over ten specialties. Additionally, a clinic operated by Riley Children's Health provides local access to various pediatric subspecialty physicians.

Through a unique collaboration with the Indiana University School of Medicine , our providers benefit from access to cutting-edge treatments and the latest technologies, offering more options than any other facility in the state. This partnership also fosters unique research and educational opportunities essential for medical progress.
