What you'll do:

As an Operations Manager at QXO , you'll lead warehouse teams and ensure safe, efficient, and accurate operations.

• Lead the charge in training and developing the warehouse team into a high-performing powerhouse

• Develop and oversee efficient warehouse, receiving, and distribution procedures

• Maintain ideal inventory levels, accurate record-keeping, and smooth material movement as second nature

• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse, yard, and store

• Collaborate with the Regional Safety Manager to uphold the highest safety standards, supervising protocols, reporting, and operational functions

• Monitor employee performance through regular evaluations and, when necessary, manage disciplinary actions with proper documentation

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree or five years of related experience

• Proven proficiency in talent assessment, mentoring, and coaching

• Excellent judgment, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities

• Flexibility to adapt in a dynamic environment

• Ability to maintain strong public relations with both external and internal customers

• Willingness to work extended hours, when necessary, to meet branch goals
