About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Strategy and Growth Officer to play a pivotal role in its evolution as a storytelling studio. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and refining the organization's strategic direction, with a focus on using cultural intelligence, market analysis, and foresight to position the company effectively. This role is not just about traditional strategic planning; it is about turning insights into action, particularly in the areas of partnerships, business development, and brand and marketing. The Chief Strategy and Growth Officer will be expected to lead the growth agenda, identify and launch mission-aligned growth tracks, and ensure that the company's brand and communications strategy support both its mission and growth objectives. Applicants for this role at the company should be builders and operators with a strong strategic mindset, capable of leading organizational transformation and growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and new revenue, as well as significant experience in strategic communications and brand strategy. The role requires a leader who can operate in a dynamic, remote, and distributed environment, and who is comfortable influencing at the executive level. Experience in fundraising, philanthropic partnerships, and a background in startup or early-stage environments are also valuable.
