Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities Assist on daily servicing task directed by Account Executives on client accounts Manage customer accounts efficiently using CRM tools like Applied Epic to manage policy details, and follow‑up actions. Format information for internal and external communication, including memos, emails, presentations, and reports. Manage and initiate introductions for clients, prospects and, and partners. Attend and take meeting notes, prepare follow‑up and recap emails for clients, prospects, and partners. Manage contacts for clients, prospects, carriers, and partners. Assist in generating applications, claim summaries, and coverage summaries. Assist in ordering loss runs and other relevant records for clients and prospects Engages in optimal and appropriate usage of applicable agency management system Other duties as assigned. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or account management within the insurance sector. Valid Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain within 6-months of employment) Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platforms. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey complex information to clients. Must meeting continuing education requirements for license renewal Preferred qualifications include experience in the insurance industry’s commercial lines segment, proficiency with marketing tools, and a background in financial services or analysis roles.
