What You'll Do

1. Work with qualified buyer and seller leads provided by the team
2. Respond quickly to inbound inquiries and tour requests
3. Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
4. Guide clients through negotiations, contracts, inspections, and closing
5. Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
6. Maintain accurate client communication using our CRM and technology platforms
7. Collaborate with our team to deliver an exceptional client experience

Compensation

$48,000–$196,000+ annually

Our compensation structure is commission-based with significant earning potential. Many of our agents begin closing transactions within their first 90 days after completing onboarding and implementing our systems.
