SR RF Test Engineer for FCC - CE Regulatory Compliance Now hiring ISO 17025 FCC‑CE‑EMC regulatory compliance RF test engineers. Previous experience working as a regulatory test engineer in RF is required. RF testing experience with radiated, conducted emissions, and immunity (EMC/EMI) labs is fundamental. The test lab uses standards such as EN 300 328, EN 300 330, EN 300 489‑17, EN 55032, EN 55035, and FCC CFR Parts 2, 15, 22, 24, 27, 80, 87, 90, and FCC MM‑Wave. Responsibilities Perform testing to regulatory standards on a wide variety of devices; understand regulatory standards. Project manage, communicate, support sales, and report on test results. Assist the technical sales team in validating test standards, generating test plans, and estimating project hours. Participate in ongoing quarterly technical trainings. Assist in preparing internal and external projects and oversee the projects. Troubleshoot failing devices. Interact with clients throughout the testing process. Maintain record‑keeping and test data entry for projects. Answer general questions about test scope per lab scope and certification documents. Work with management on growth strategy, hiring, training, and planning. Knowledge of FCC parts 15b, 15c, 15e, 15.247, 22, 24, 27, 90 and Canadian equivalents. Familiarity with FCC parts 18, 30, 73, 74, 87 and Canadian equivalents; other rule parts a plus. Knowledge of EU RED and EMC Directives and associated standards. Basic knowledge of industry associations such as GCF, PTCRB, CTIA, Wi‑Fi Alliance, BT SIG, LoRa Alliance (a plus). Requirements 5+ years of RF testing experience at an ISO 17025 regulatory test lab, testing to FCC, ETSI, and RED standards. Ability to legally work in the United States or a clear path within 30–60 days. H1B and green‑card support possible. Ability to work onsite at the headquarters in Mesa, Arizona (Greater Phoenix‑Metro). High detail‑oriented and accuracy focused. Professional with effective listening, communication, and logical skill sets, and ability to interact with customers. Tech savvy, comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Outlook, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, etc. Programming experience with TILE or Python is a plus.
